I can’t fucking stand the PUMAs. No lie. I especially can’t stand the ones that claim to be feminists and then call Michelle Obama an angry “ape”. Bah! I don’t care who they vote for and am glad they’re not on my side anymore.
At any rate, I was visiting some blogs and happened upon this video. I know there are plenty of videos out there detailing the sexism directed at Hillary from the MSM1 and I could go into a tirade about how evil it all was. Except I can’t stand Hillary and when she adopted those fake accents (the Southern and supposedly Midwestern ones)2 she about made me puke3. Plus I don’t hold Obama and/or his campaign personally responsible for the idiots on the teevee. So anyway, I found this video and thought it appropriate for my blog. I’m passing it along to you.
It’s a pretty good explanation about why a 40 year-old Black woman might not be so proud of her country all the time.
P.S.
I would just like to point out that there is still a female presidential candidate in the mix. Cynthia McKinney is running for the Green Party. Also, HRC is not the first female presidential candidate (as I also wrongly assumed). Lenora Fulani was, apparently, the first woman to “achieve ballot access in all fifty states”4.
Here is a list of female U.S. Presidential candidates (post-nomination). I notice that McKinney isn’t listed on this page and don’t really want to go the trouble of signing up to edit the page, but there ya go. Now, why is it again that HRC is still getting all the credit for getting the XX’s into the Presidential race?
I don’t watch the news, so I wasn’t personally aware of it. However, O’Tim hooked me up with some links and I followed them. [↩]
I don’t have that particular accent that she acquired in Indiana and I’m Midwest born and raised. [↩]
That’s how we say it in my neck of the boondocks, ok? [↩]
Don’t tell anyone, but Fulani is also Black. Imagine that! [↩]
Because I want it here

This is long and might not be safe for work.
