I get Google alerts for my blog. Why go through all the hassle of a vanity search when Google will do it for you automatically? Anyway, I’ve been aggregated by *gasp* SPLOGS. Three of them, to be exact. Because of that I’ve made my feed summaries only. I don’t like other people making money off my shit, dammit. I’ll adjust my .htaccess accordingly at some point. Right now I don’t have the energy for all that extra work.
Also, if you haven’t registered (you know who you are) you should do it. I’m making my personal stuff private now and allowing registered readers to see it (also grab it in your feed reader if that’s your preference). Why did I do it that way? Just ’cause.
Update:
My host is experiencing DNS issues and that’s the reason for the UNGODLY slow load here. Of course, I only found this out after I removed everything I worked so hard on yesterday. Isn’t that fucking lovely? I thought, well, shit, it must be the webalizer because everything was going hunky-dory until I initialized that. But NO! It was the host’s fault. And no, I’m not going to put it back on today. Screw that.
Also, if you registered and couldn’t find the private posts, well, I was having a hard time adjusting your membership status. I’m sorry about that and the situation has been rectified. Now where the hell’s that bottle of tequila?
