I have good news for once. I lost 10 lbs.! 10 pounds since the last time I went to the doctor. He asked me “Have you been eating?” Um, yeah. But I’ve cut my stuff in half and am walking every where (especially since the weather’s been nice, ya know?). I walked to the appointment this afternoon and it took me 50 minutes there and 50 more back. Holla!! I’m going to be slim and sleek in no time. And I’d like to that PJ for sharing her secrets with me, as I’ve implemented them and it seems to be working. Holla (again)!!!
As far as my health, the old man couldn’t find anything seriously wrong. The best thing he did, though, was sit with me for over an hour and tell me what each test was for, the normal range, and the range when things get worrisome. I have a mild case of osteoarthritis, but that’s old news. Everyone in my family has that. He’s pretty sure it’s depression and so gave me some pills. We’ll see. If I drop dead soon we’ll know he was a quack. Anyway, what’s different from that other bitch is that he actually took the flippin’ time. None of that “You’re nuts, bitch, now get out so I can make money off of someone else.” That was good. He did mention that my low blood pressure, excellent lungs and fabulous heart are in tremendous shape considering my weight and the fact that I smoked for years and years. I asked him “So, does that mean they’re almost normal?” He says “No. They’re better than normal.” HOLLA! I hope he’s right and these goddamned episodes stop with this magic pill. I don’t care what it is as long as it makes the pain and fatique go away. Honestly.
Oh, and I’m taking the last post private because I think there was way too much personal info in there and I don’t want certain people to see it. Just so you know.
