So, I made the plunge and decided to check out a winger site, Protein Wisdom, because there’s some chatter that some of them were going to the “Yearly Kos Convention” with axe handles and “it’ll be just like a seal hunt”, blah, blah, blah. So, for my own amusement (because this stuff is hilarious) I read the entire thing. Here’s something that you may find just as amusing, in a sad kind of way.
Fighting Dems, true conservatives know that all these people chose to serve their country precisely so that they could come back and bash our Commander-in-Chief. Hijacking our nation’s armed forces, my friends, is the lowest form of treason.
This is almost as bad as when Cindy Sheehan’s son faked his death. Luckily, we had brave volunteers calling her the “Bitch in the Ditch”. Unfortunately, the MSM prevented the truth from getting out and even otherwise God-fearing Republican women wound up supporting this vile, treacherous, hateful, islamofascist sympathizer because of her “loss”Â.
We live in dark times, my friends. I say we ask all 65 of these Fighting Traitors to turn over their records to show that they weren’t secretly aiding and abetting the enemy. If they don’t turn them over, they have something to hide. And if anyone implies our Commander-in-Chief should do the same, that just shows you how much they hate freedom. The moonbats flying out of the fever swamp of The Left these days are absolutely sickening.

This was in response to a poster that linked to the Fighting Dems…oh hell, I’ll just put that post here too.
There are now 65 fighting dems running (even with the withdrawal of Hackett, Bryan Lentz (PA to make room for another vet, an vice admiral), and David Ashe (VA who withdrew to accept a job with the upcoming Kaine administration and to make room for a another candidate who is not a vet).
Of the vets running, 25 are unopposed. So the question is not about the primaries, here, but about the how well they can do in the General Election. Undoubtedly, there will be casualties, but they are building the Democratic Party ââ¬Åfrom the ground upââ¬Â in their districts, so even if they lose they have made a step towards turning red districts to blue.
There are another 13 vets only opposed by one other Dem primary candidate and their vet status is likely to help them win the primary in most of them.
There are another half dozen with only two opponents in the Dem primary. Some of these have a good chance. An example is Andrew Horne who has gotten the support of DFA in his KY district over two non-vet candidates.
The others, about 20 or so, are large fields of candidates, mostly in open seats or where there is an especially vulnerable GOP candidate. Some of these have strong non-vet Fighting Dems that will deserve our support if they win. But maybe half a dozen to ten FDs have a shot at winning.
So this analysis shows that somewhere between a third and two thirds of the Fighting Dems might be running in the General Election.
We only need 15 seats to take over Congress. A combination of good non-vet fighting Dems and Fighting Dem vets could help bring a landslide victory for the Dems.

For the love of Isis, I’m telling you, I’m glad I’m on this side. Those wingnuts talk about us and our tinfoil hats, but man o’ man! This is why I don’t like to go to these sites. It makes my brain go haywire, because I cannot fathom the ignorance that breeds there.
